plugin PublicTransportLayer does not exist; edit its wiki page

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. I founded the wiki page Plugin PublicTransportLayer
2. On Plugins list it is not in "List of available plugins" but in "Plugin documentation and online help inside the JOSM wiki"
3. I do not found it in Josm Preferences plugins

What is the expected result?

if this plugin no longer exists, it seems to me that its page in the JOSM wiki should be removed

What happens instead?

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

It did before it was merged into another one.

I'm sorry, I misspoke.

My ticket was not about the "core" josm component; it was about the "Wiki content" component, because it seemed to me that if this plugin didn't exist anymore, the wiki page was meaningless.

I was about to reopen this ticket when I saw that skyper had just modified Help/Plugin/PublicTransportLayer giving the explanation.
