Description

This is a follow-up of #19074, see my comment:6:

By the way, think this is too much as right now 108 items in the list for leaf_cycle out of a total of 150 are from JOSM.

This is still a problem, see ​keys/leaf_cycle#projects. An entry for each tag with different values for description=* in the presets but the identical tag and from the same preset does not seem to be useful.

Instead, I would expect one entry per tag and preset but not more.
