Description
It looks like https://github.com/JOSM/Building-Generalization/releases/download/v1.1/BuildingGeneralization.jar in wiki:PluginsSource didn't exists. Instead you can find https://github.com/JOSM/Building-Generalization/releases/download/v1.1/buildings_tools.jar.
In Trac there are two components Plugin BuildingGeneralization and Plugin building_tools. Are they the same? Looks a bit confusing.

Thanks for reporting. I've fixed the release https://github.com/JOSM/Building-Generalization/releases/tag/v1.1. https://github.com/JOSM/Building-Generalization/releases/download/v1.1/BuildingGeneralization.jar works now.
