Modify ticket: Changing component and owner at once does sometimes not work

Changing the component and status at once is sometimes denied.

Happened changing component from "Core" to "Plugin" and status from "new" to "needinfo" in comment 2 of #20863 and Klumbumbus had similar/same problem some time ago.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
as new The owner will remain stoecker.
as The resolution will be set.
to The owner will be changed from stoecker to the specified user.
The owner will change to skyper
as duplicate The resolution will be set to duplicate.The specified ticket will be cross-referenced with this ticket
The owner will be changed from stoecker to anonymous.

Add Comment
