Hangs on upload

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Make changes on JOSM
2. Amount of changes doesn't seem to make a difference
3. Click the Upload button

What is the expected result?

Upload dialog box should appear

What happens instead?

Whole of JOSM hangs, not able to click any buttons or close the application.
Requires to use End Task in Task Manager to close

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

So, there is a problem with the validation before upload, as the validator dialog before the upload dialog does not appear, right?

Well, then it is a problem with a plugin providing additional validator test.

Please, try to run validator manually, first without additional test from plugins and then with additional test from plugins, enabling one after the other, see Help/Preferences/Validator. Note, there might be additional test in both tabs and some plugins even have their own plugin register for settings, like pt_assistant.
