Description

This rose in #20839 see my comment and follow-ups.
I am not sure but I guess this is a general problem with help buttons in tooltips and not bounded to validator.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Have some data including ways
  2. Activate filter type:way with "add to selection" and hide filtered data
  3. Run validator
  4. Get notification about hidden objects

What is the expected result?

A nicely formatted notification, using as few space as possible, including a proper scaled icon.

What happens instead?

A big icon and lots of empty space to the left of the button.
