Description
Using »JOSM Help/Report bug or the button in About Dialog (Shift-F1)« is unfortunately not possible here, since JOSM is not responsive any more.
System:
JOSM 17428
macOS 11.2.3 (20D91)
MacBook Air (M1, 2020)
Steps to reproduce:
- Include a raster layer
- Create »New offset«
- Numerical offset dialog will open up in a new full window tab instead of a popup overlay and is not responsive to any mouse/cursor actions

Is JOSM in "normal" window or in fullscreen mode?
What is your "Prefer tabs" OS-setting? See General section of Systems Preferences. The options are "never", "in full screen", or "always".

Thanks for the quick reply. Error is happening in windowed mode, I can confirm it’s a duplicate of #20696, so please feel free to delete this, sorry!
