Description

motor_vehicle:conditional=no @ (Fr-Sa 20:00-00:00, Sa-Su 00:00-04:00)

This triggers a warning in JOSM -- this seems to assume that 00:00 is earlier than 20:00.

Validator needs to cope with restrictions ending at midnight? Ideally cope with restrictions overlapping midnight?

No, validator is correct. There is a difference between 00:00 and 24:00. The first is the start of the day and the second the end.

Try: motor_vehicle:conditional=no @ (Fr-Sa 20:00-24:00, Sa-Su 00:00-04:00)
