boundary=marker is a valid value. ​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:boundary%3Dmarker

It's not in the options for the key boundary.

We need it for the preset menu entry and the mappaint style. We only use vector graphics in core.

Or more generic marker? ​https://freesvg.org/gray-map-marker
Or maybe we could use some universal icon that JOSM already has.
