OpenData plugin is not taking translation

Description

Hi,

As it is suggested to me to open a new ticket once I find a translation-related issue, I want to point that the OpenData plugin is not taking Serbian translation.
Even some strings are translated in April this year, labels are still in English.

Somebody needs to release the plugin. Probably it was not update for a long time.

I'm going to perform a mass release of all plugins, but tomorrow, I'm updating the French translation right now.

Yes, seems to be a side effect of the icon changes. I already wondered if all those string changes were intended.
Changes for the shortcuts, so yes, intended. Is it possible to retrieve the previously used strings?

Which changes? From #19851? That should not have changed much translated strings. Maybe like a handful.

Currently I see 58 unstanslated german strings (More than the half are from Imageries.) It seems someone already started to translated.

Some disappeared while I was writing my comment. One was about "Draw Angle snapping" and caused by r17188.

Yeah, that retranslation was intended as it didn't have the nested tr().
