Plugin Conflict

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. install the 'auto-tools' and 'improveway' plugin
2. use any of the features of the 'auto-tools' plugin
3. attempt to use the 'improveway' plugin by pressing w twice (expert mode must be enabled in order to utilize the angle viewer, middle of segment marker, etc...)

What is the expected result?

all plugin tools should work as expected

What happens instead?

After using any feature from the auto-tools plugin; features of the improveway plugin such as the angle viewer, middle of segment marker, etc... flash on to the selected way briefly and then disappear. Restarting JOSM fixes the problem until the auto-tools plugin is used again. the auto-tools plugin is unaffected.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

This may be a problem with auto-tools disabling the keyboard shortcut for improveway, it was hard to determine if this is the case

Are you sure that the Auto-tools plugin cases this? I have the same problem without any additional plugin but Improveway. See #19790.

I guess it may be an eventuality even without auto-tools but it definitely results in the problem happening immediately, especially with the Knife tool. I tested this multiple times both with the auto-tools plugin installed and uninstalled and I got a similar result. It may have something to do with keyboard shortcuts because I am still able to select and use the improveway mode in the drop down menu. I didn't explicitly test this part though. The other reason I think it may be related to the keyboard shortcuts is it seems to disable the shortcut for angle snapping in the draw draw feature which I normally get to by pressing 'a' twice. I didn't explicitly test this part either though, I've just noticed that when one isn't working the other doesn't either.
