image file extension in plugin build.xml files

Description

in [35548/osm] I removed the ".png" in the build.xml file. Is this fine? It works fine in JOSM, but the icon doesn't show up on wiki:/Plugins

Hmm, I had a look. I don't think it is a good idea. This information is externally used and I believe we should not extend the extension magic to that file.
