Description

The Fula language name for the United States is "Dowlaaji Dentuɗi" which includes the character ɗ.

The use of this character can be confirmed at the Fula language page for the United States at: ​https://ff.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dowlaaji_Dentu%C9%97i

The tag checker currently reports "Tag value contains unusual Unicode character U+0257 - Tag name 'name:ff' invalid" on the United States relation: ​https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/148838

'ff' is the correct code for the Fula language.
