Short cut error

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. set edit: copy tag= Ctrl+Shift+C
2. restart JOSM
3. click the object and perform Ctrl+Shift+C

4.error come up

What is the expected result?

copy tag

What happens instead?

error page come up
