allow single quotes as quotes in query generator

Overpass query generator is not accepting queries such as wikipedia='nl:Plataan' global

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Select download button
2. Switch to overpass tab
3. Select generate query button
4. type in or copy in wikipedia='nl:Plataan' global

What is the expected result?

Query is considered OK like in overpass turbo wizard

What happens instead?

Query is not considered OK

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

wikipedia="nl:Plataan" global is considered as OK
