Add a search icon to search boxes of lists — at Initial Version

Description
Search (filter) boxes for lists are a bit inconspicuous. I personally discovered the search box in the Tags/Membershp panel only after using JOSM for years :D (see also #19537)
A little search icon in the text box which disappears when you enter text would be helpful. Like this:

- Tags/Mambership panel

- Search by preset in Search window
- Search by preset in Filter window
- Search for objects by preset
- Search preset
- Search menu items
- Your saved queries in Download from Overpass API in Download window

- Plugins in Preferences
- Shortcuts in Preferences
- Standard Imageries in Preferences
- Advanced preferences in Preferences
Some already have a "Search:" text in front of the search box but that takes too much space in smaller windows or panels.
