Add own autocomplete to changeset tag table

When adding a tag to an element JOSM suggests previously entered keys/values.

This feature doesn't seem to be active for changeset tags (using v16538),
yet this would be useful too

So you want the autocomplete feature in the changeset tag editor table?

I think auto-completion is working but it uses the data from the data layer + presets and not an own history. I often add source:imagery=* but until the next upload it is gone if it ever was added to the history.
