Description
There have been discussions on how to tag typ2 car charging sockets that have a fixed cable for while now.

The latest solution the people could agree on was tagging such stations as socket:typ2_cable. The wiki has been adjusted and I made the necessary changes to the defaultpresets.xml. See attached file

I haven't used a versioning system like that yet, so I hope the created patch file is correct.
Thanks

In non of the links you provided I find a single support for that tag suggestion. Also so far there is only 1 object tagged with socket:type2_cable https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/socket:type2_cable

Yes. So far there is no solution that has any meaningful number of uses (above 10 objects). Lately it was mainly discussed in a Telegram group (https://t.me/openchargemap) and then brought forth on the mailing list. the suggestion is in here (yes could have been more obvious(https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/tagging/2020-June/053421.html)
The reason that I'm bringing this up is that it has been a long standing issue which is going to get rising attention. The socket:type2_ cable solution was chosen (by the few interested) because it doesn't hurt the old tagging scheme (like plug:* would) and simply adds a distinction between cable and no cable for this specific case (type1 might also have the same issue but that's not clear yet.)
I understand if you think this is gonna need more discussion beforehand though.

I saw this post but after this there was only one reply and this didn't comment on the tag.
I see the need for a more specific tagging (with cable vs. without cable) but I think it needs more discussion. Maybe create a proposal. This usually gets attention by more mappers.
Wontfix for now.

In the last 13 months, the tag socket:type2_cable has been adopted well by the community and is documented in the wiki now.
All examples provided on the charging station wiki page have been adjusted as well.
I hope it qualifies to be added to the main preset now.
