Don't warn about descriptive name Kiosk in the Netherlands

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Validate any of the major Dutch station areas (i.e. ​https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/378427024 )
2. Descriptive name "Kiosk"

What is the expected result?

Kiosk is a brand of the Dutch railways (NS / Nederlandse Spoorwegen). Typically located at/around platforms. See for example ​https://www.ns.nl/stationsinformatie/nm/nijmegen (2 stores) or ​https://www.ns.nl/stationsinformatie/ah/arnhem-centraal (5 stores)

What happens instead?

Warning: Descriptive name

Perhaps, exclude validator check for descriptive name "Kiosk" in The Netherlands (similar to the line above is excluded in France)
