What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Run any overpass query

What is the expected result?

It download or complains about malformed query

What happens instead?

Failed to upload data to or download data from 'https://overpass-api.de/api/interpreter' due to a problem with transferring data. Details (untranslated): PKIX path validation failed: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: validity check failed

It seems like that the certificate has expired again...
