Change track color and move map by dragging?

Description

Assume I loaded a gpx file and the underlying map.

The track is currently shown in pink color.

Is there a way to change this color (e.g. to red)?

Is there a way to drag the currently shown map area?
Pushing the left mouse button, hold it and drag it to the left (similar to GoogleMaps) does not work

For the color: go to the "Layers" panel, open the context menu (right mouse button) and select "Customize color".

For dragging: in JOSM you always drag a map with the right mouse button down.
