Add shop=frozen_food to presets

shop=frozen_food (​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop%3Dfrozen_food) seems well established now. Could it be added to the presets?

To enter defaultpresets as primary tag, it needs to reach ~5000 uses. Currently, this tag seems to be supported by the external preset "​Name Suggestion Index", though.

True, today usage is only 1 703, of which 866 times in France (that must be why it seemed so much in use, obviously). I'll keep in mind the 5000 threshold.

How about some words on our wiki about the hard and soft facts to enter the defaultpresets. Or did I miss the page?
