Hopefully nothing I was working on (#16567 and #18801). Both can be pushed off another month, if necessary.

It would be great if ticket:8352#comment:30 and ticket:8352#comment:31 could be fixed. Apart from that I think there are no blocking issues.

Jenkins' JOSM-Integration has also two failing tests (probably not blocking).
