"Zoom to selection" should increase zoom level when repeatedly used

Description

The current "View/Zoom To/selection" function keeps the same zoom level, even when applied several times. This keeps it hard to find a single selected node on a "crowded map", especially while fixing bugs in the map data (like accidentially tagged highway nodes).

I would be nice, if the first zoom to selection would just work like today, the second and ongoing zooms would keep the position but zooms deeper into the map.

This will be hopefully simple to implement. If the current position is already the position of the selected item, this won't be the first zoom so go deeper into it.

Action

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
