Warn about "destination" with "turn:lanes"

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Have a way with turn:lanes[:forward/backward]=left|through and destination[:forward/backward]=Sennen Cove
  2. Run validator

What is the expected result?

A warning suggesting to use destination:lanes[:forward/backward]=*

What happens instead?

No warning

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

It is quite uncommon that the destination is the same for different directions.
destination:ref, destination:ref:to, destination:symbol and destination:colour plus combinations with forward/backward should be handled, too
