Save position of 'close note' panel

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open note panel, load some notes, select a note, zoom on it.
2. Open 'Close note' window/panel, will open on screen center. Move it to some other place so that you can see both 'close note' panel and the note that is now hidden under it.
3. Close note. Select another note, zoom on it, open 'Close note' panel. Center screen again, you have to move it again and again each time you want to see both the panel and what is on the center of the edition panel.

What is the expected result?

'Close note' panel is always displayed on screen center.

What happens instead?

Should save last position, so that once you've decided some other place is more useful, it will open there next time.
