Add "ele" for internal preset "natural=water"

Description
Lakes very often have a stable water level, and because of this the water level (height above sea level) is almost always included in official Swedish maps. This is also open data, så the ta ele=xxxx is often added to lakes in OSM.
Overpass crashed when i tried to count them, but many thousands natural=water also have the ele tag, both in Sweden and Norway.
It would make tagging easier if there weew a field for "ele" in the internal preset "natural/water", so that the user doesn't have to add the tag by hand.
