[PATCH] Add leisure=amusement_arcade

Hi, please add support/recognition of leisure=amusement_arcade . It is already approved on ​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag%3Aleisure%3Damusement_arcade and rendered on openstreetmap.org.

So some icon and/or preset entry would be useful in JOSM.

Added patch for simple preset for tag leisure=amusement_arcade

I would add a preset_link to contact <reference ref="link_contact_address" /> and use the full name "Amusement Arcade" for the <item>.

Note: We do neither have an internal preset for ​amenity=gambling nor
​leisure=adult_gaming_centre which have higher numbers than ​leisure=amusement_arcade but still below 5000.

I will add adult gaming centre and amusement arcade as well, and move the set to amenities (instead of leisure).

The gambling amenity has the casino icon, and the adult gaming centre also has the amusement arcade icon.

fix #18934 - Add leisure=amusement_arcade, leisure=adult_gaming_centre and amenity=gambling, little reoder in the preset menu, more min_age uses (based on patch by hiddewie, icon for adult_gaming_centre and amusement_arcade from ​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/File:Amusement_arcade-14.svg, the latter color changed, icon for gambling self created, all 3 icons PD and CC0 licensed)
