Show Duplicate relation in context menu

Description

Reproduce problem:

  1. Open OSM
  2. Download dataset with at least 1 relation
  3. Open relations panel
  4. There is a button for "Copy relation and open panel"
  5. There is no such item in the context menu if I right click a relation.

It would be logical if the "duplicate/copy" action was also in the context menu.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain simon04.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
