Add distribution_point to telecom presets

Dear maintainers

A proposal introducing telecom=distribution_point has been reviewed
The key is now documented and lightly used

Would it be possible to ad a preset to telecom category for this value please?
Properties are :

• telecom=distribution_point
• telecom:medium={copper,fibre,coaxial}
• operator=*
• owner=*
• manufacturer=*
• location=*
• capacity=*
• support=*

Used only in 2 cities + 2 single nodes worldwide so far. That does't really fulfill the requirements on wiki:/DevelopersGuide/DefaultPresets. We may add it to wiki:/Presets/NewTags for now and check again in a few months if the number raises.
Do you have an icon which fits to the other 4 green telecom icons?

Agreed Kumblumbus,
This value is also here to provide a distinction with connection_point as to not encourage people to tag any telephone box that isn't an actual connection_point
However I'm sure we'll find people mapping distribution_point as proposed :)
