Jenkins dosn't like this new URL ​https://catalog.goteborg.se/catalog/6/datasets/718, it loads fine for me though.

Maybe they consider Hetzner serverfarms as possible sources for VPNs circumventing regional blocks? Maybe we can ask them to delist our IP address?
