Sort lists alphabetically in SeaMapEditor plugin

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open the plugin
- press light/marks button
- press landmark button
- select an item in Function or Category list
What is the expected result?
Items should be sorted
What happens instead?
Unfortunately, they are not
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
It seem the case for ALL lists (Platform Category, Traffic Signal Station Category, Special purpose marks category…

I ceased development of this plugin several years ago. Since then, I only fix serious malfunctions.
