What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open JOSM.app built using OpenJDK 13.0.1 on macOS with Oracle Java 1.8.0
- Download
- Select Slippy Map tab
What is the expected result?
Not to crash
What happens instead?
It crashed

The error is in the bug description. Please build JOSM with Java 8.
