Нужна возможность работы под разными учетными записями в разных проектах OSM, но под одной учетной записью в Windows
Пример два аккаунта openstreetmap.org работающие с одного ПК. и два аккаунта ​https://www.openhistoricalmap.org/ работающие с одного ПК.

Need the ability to work under different accounts in different OSM projects, but under the same account in Windows

You can do that manually with different start files to set different preference directorys.
