Search actions in tag window alter state of options in search dialog.

Description
It's understandable that the tag window search actions set the case sensitive flag, they should be exact matches.
I also see the logic of the "case sensitive" flag being set for subsequent searches (the previous search set it), but it constantly tricks me, I use a key=value search and then fail to find something because I type in a lowercase name fragment.
I'm just speculating, but I think for most users, there is not an expectation that the search activated in the Tag Window will alter the settings in the Search Dialog.

Tags/Memberships under the Windows menu. Right clicking a tag brings up a menu that includes a couple of options to search.
