When I'd like to tag a node to a "natural=beach", and after pressing F3, I start typing "beach" or "strand" (it means beach in Hungarian), only the "leisure=beach_resort" tag can be seen, but the "natural=beach" not. Could you fix this problem?

You probably have the first checkmark ticked in this window. natural=beach is not defined for nodes.

In the hungarian version is not working.

I checked the wiki before but only the german page and there it is not allowed on nodes. I would suggest to change the english wiki as natural=beach describes an area similar to natural=scrub|water|heath|... or landuse=* and this is the first ticket about this topic since it was adapted 5 years ago in r7735.

Like for valleys (#18136), ways are preferred. The fact nobody complained in 5 years makes me think r7735 was a good move. Today we have 8822 nodes, 101080 ways and 13957 relations.
