Wrong message about not allowed value for wikipedia

Download ​n368262230 and validate.

We can see a message at the Error level saying:
[Wiki] Wikipedia tag has invalid format! - The value 'pt:Bueno de Andrada' is not allowed for the wikipedia=* tag

Unless I am missing something that has changed regarding the wikipedia key, this object has a valid tag.

This may lead people to wrongly modify or even remove the key from objects.
