English descriptions in German for new Swiss imagery entries

The 2 red lines at ImageryCompare should go away itself when my fix in ELI will be completed. (Travis timed out and didn't generate the combined files automatically ​https://github.com/osmlab/editor-layer-index/commits/gh-pages)

I hope that one of the ELI maintainers will do a manual action tomorrow. (Or do you mean the automatic file generation? That takes usually about 3-5 minutes after the commit. However it failed this time.)

I mean it requires a manual action, and unlike JOSM, ELI is not updated daily. Even if someone does something, Travis can still timeout again, and so maybe several commits will need to be made before one deployment succeeds.

I hope that the manual action is the file generation.
Anyway if it is not fixed tomorrow we can temporary adjust ImageryCompareIgnores to make Mr. Jenkins happy.
