JOSM Map Styles - can't change the position in the general preferences dialog

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. the general preferences dialog Menu Edit → Preferences → Map Settings (3rd button on the left) → Map Paint Styles (2nd tab))
2. select an active styles
3. change the position with one of the arrow button

What is the expected result?

change the position of the styles

What happens instead?

nothing - didn't works
