Update embassy in defaultpresets.xml

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Add a node
2. Search for "embassy" in the templates
3. Click on the result

What is the expected result?

The tags office=diplomatic and diplomatic=embassy are added to the node.

What happens instead?

The tag amenity=embassy is added to the node.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

The tag ​amenity=embassy is deprecated. ​office=diplomatic should be used instead.
