Amenity=car_pooling is not proposed as preset for cars.
Currently it's possible to enter it using ID.
Not rendered yet on default openstreetmap.org layer. Corresponding ticket.

Carpooling is very popular in France, and these facilities are usually officially endorsed/setup by local authorities.
According to wikipedia:
In Europe, long-distance car-pooling has become increasingly popular over the past years, thanks to Germany's Mitfahrgelegenheit (carpooling.com), and France's BlaBlaCar which acquired the former in 2015. According to their respective websites, in early 2015 these online platforms counted more than 6 million and 10 million users respectively, across Europe and beyond.
I guess the current OSM usage of this tag is way behind the real number of carpooling areas in Europe, so I vote to add it.
Icon is easy to adapt from our car_sharing icon.
