plugin reverter : partial changeset revert do a revert for the whole changeset

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. load and select this node ​https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/2626244845
2. do a partial revert (selection only) of the changeset 70108053

What is the expected result?

revert only the node 2626244845

What happens instead?

the plugin ask to download the whole changeset and do a whole changeset revert (including the bar<>restaurant change)
