Start screen says "Strange version - You should update"

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Compile latest version (r15001 as of now) from svn sources
2. Start JOSM

What is the expected result?

No "you should update" text

What happens instead?

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Found no java code that woud produce this message.
