replace shop=fashion with shop=clothes

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. tag node with shop=fashion
2. run validator

What is the expected result?

Validator offers to retag it to shop=clothes

What happens instead?

Presets do not contain property value - Value 'fashion' for key 'shop' not in presets. (1)
