What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start JOSM with the default configuration "JOSM (Java 8)"
  2. Clear the cache for Bing sat images
  3. Download node n5997394385 with referrers (id doesn't really matter, I created my screenshots for this)
  4. Zoom to 5 m
  5. Add imagery layer "Bing aerial imagery", note that it is very blurry
  6. Right click on image and select "Flush tile cache", note that image is much more detailed now
