What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Edit tags on two route relations
  2. Click File->Upload Data

What is the expected result?

Open changeset window and upload data

What happens instead?

JOSM hangs

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Other edits do not cause hang at upload data...
