attraction=summer_toboggan false positive in "sport without physical feature"

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. encounter attraction=summer_toboggan way ( ​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:attraction%3Dsummer_toboggan ) with sport tag like at ​https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/327633843
2. run validator

What is the expected result?

Validator may complain that attraction=summer_toboggan is entertaiment feature, not sport feature but should not complain that it is "sport without physical feature"

What happens instead?

"sport without physical feature" validator complaint
