Description
Hello, please add to the new build of JOSM Tagging Presets Company Rekvizit, a blank was made on the page https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/RU:Key:operator. I would like the tags to be pre-installed by default in JOSM and be immediately available without having to connect them separately.
With respect to you, if there are any shortcomings or I have designed something wrong, please write me, I will do it first. I will correct it.
Здравствуйте добавьте пожалуйста в новую сборку JOSM Tagging Presets Company Rekvizit, делалась заготовка по странице https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/RU:Key:operator. Хотелось бы что бы теги были предустановлены по умолчанию в JOSM и были доступны сразу без отдельного их подключения.
С уважением к Вам, если остались недочеты или я что то не так оформил, напишите мне пожалуйста я это делаю в первые я исправлю.

It is irrelevant there, since it is information about the details of any organization, purely by semantic load should be in the Annotation, it is not an organization
Он там неуместен, так как это информация об реквизитах любой организации, чисто по смысловой нагрузки должна находиться в Аннотации, это
не организации

I have no idea what are these keys and I assume they are russian specific:
<text key="operator:ref:ogrn" text="ОГРН" match="key"/> <text key="operator:ref:inn" text="ИНН" match="key"/> <text key="operator:ref:kpp" text="КПП" match="key"/>
Thus it does not concern "any organization", and cannot be added to the default presets.

OGRN in other countries, as I understand it, the main number is called, the hike must also be added to the card. I will add a little later.

Sorry but these keys are of very low usage and undocumented outside Russia.
This preset is very small and I don't think it would be wise to add it as it. Can you please see if it could be added to https://github.com/ruosm-presets/literan-moscow instead?
