Remove tagged nodes from way instead of refusing to delete tagged nodes in ImproveWayAccuracy mode.

Description

When alt+clicking on a tagged node in ImproveWayAccuracy mode, JOSM refuses to delete the node.

For me it would be more helpful to leave the node intact but remove it from the active way, treating the alt+click as a disconnect operation, like happens when the node is part of other ways.
