Description

From #16073 it appears we don't support ​Internationalized_domain_name out of the box as JOSM is unable to access ​https://öpnvkarte.de, it results in following error:

java.net.UnknownHostException: öpnvkarte.de

Haha the first StackOverFlow question I found ​concerns the same server.
